SuperSee is employee monitoring and work visibility software for owner-led agencies, dev studios, BPO centres, consulting firms and offshore or remote teams. It gives founders and delivery leaders a view of the team's workday through screenshots, live screen views, Work Replay, app and website usage reports, active and idle timelines, timesheets and Productivity Trends that compare patterns over time.
Each employee installs a desktop agent on Windows 10/11, macOS or Linux, and activity syncs when an offline connection returns. Leaders receive daily WhatsApp and email summaries covering attendance, tracked time and who to review. SuperSee states it does not do keystroke logging, password scraping, microphone audio or continuous video by default. A tray icon shows while the agent runs, and on Professional an audit log records which manager viewed a screen and for how long. Screenshots can be turned off while keeping reports and trends.
