SmartBI is a business intelligence platform for small and medium-sized businesses that centralizes data from digital marketing platforms in one dashboard. SMARTY monitors data continuously and sends alerts when a metric drops or a source disconnects, along with a probable cause and suggested fix. It also offers industry benchmarks so results such as ROAS can be compared with similar businesses. A free Google Business Profile dashboard covers review sentiment analysis, suggested review replies and local reputation recommendations. Setup is described as taking under 10 minutes with no code or technical configuration.
