Revise is an AI writing editor that polishes grammar, clarity and style while preserving the writer's own voice. Every suggestion appears as a tracked change, shown in red and green, that can be accepted or rejected individually, and the editing intensity can be set anywhere from a light proofread to a deep rewrite.
Writers can use built-in rules such as Proofread, Creative Writing, Naturalize and Grammar, or create custom rules for genre, POV, dialogue and individual characters. A teaching mode learns from accepted and rejected edits so later suggestions stay closer to the writer's style. Other features include in-document chat, link-based sharing, speech-to-text, read aloud, a choice of AI models, support for 40+ languages and a Chrome extension that works in Gmail. For full manuscripts, feedback reports provide story critique, plot analysis with engagement scores, and a virtual beta reader, without changing the draft.
