About Cluely
Cluely, presented on its site as Sales Copilot, is a desktop app that surfaces answers and talking points on screen during live sales calls. It captures microphone and system audio to hear both sides of the conversation, so no meeting bot joins the call. Suggestions draw on the live conversation, materials attached from a Library, and a selected Playbook, which also controls whether help appears automatically or on request.
Beyond live calls, users can prepare a Prospect brief, attach documents, and rehearse with a text AI buyer, choosing personas such as Economic buyer or Procurement and difficulty levels from Cooperative to Challenging. After a call, debriefs offer feedback tied to the transcript, plus an Account Action Plan and coaching memory to carry into the next conversation.
