About Penguin Index
Penguin Index is a Vietnamese SEO platform focused on getting URLs indexed by Google. It submits URLs directly to the Google Indexing API and runs an automatic pre-check that catches noindex, 404 and mismatched canonical URLs before credits are spent. Index status is verified by scraping Google with real site: queries rather than reporting only that a URL was submitted.
The service runs on credits. An Eco tier processes links in about 24 hours, while a Superindexed tier targets crawling within about five minutes. Credits are deducted only after processing finishes, and failed jobs are refunded in full. Other services include Social Entity link building done manually by a team, a blocking check that tests DNS, SNI-DPI and HTTP blocking per carrier, and a dashboard covering index rate, daily rank charts, visit logs and organic CTR. SVIP users get an API key for submitting URLs in bulk from their own pipelines.
