About Hyperping

Hyperping is a reliability platform that combines uptime monitoring, status pages and on-call in one product. It checks websites and APIs from 18 locations worldwide, with checks every 30 seconds and down to 10 seconds, and confirms each alert from at least two other locations before sending it. Other monitor types include server monitoring through a lightweight agent, Playwright browser checks for sign-ins and checkouts, cron job monitoring, SSL certificate monitoring and log search.

Alerts go to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, PagerDuty, Opsgenie, Discord, Telegram, email, SMS, phone calls, webhooks and a mobile app. On-call calendars and escalation policies route incidents to the right person. Public or private branded status pages share uptime, incidents and maintenance with customers or internal teams. An alpha AI assistant, Ask Hyperping, answers questions about monitors and incidents and can investigate automatically when someone is paged. Developers can work through a REST API, a community Terraform provider and an MCP server.

Customers named on the site include Alma, Havas, EF, Silverfort, Pitch and Slite, spanning SaaS, agencies, AI companies and education.
