About GuideMagnet

The website at this address now presents the product as WorkStreamer, a cloud-based set of productivity tools for ERP consultants and partners, with a focus on Oracle Cloud implementations. It aims to replace spreadsheets, screenshots and email threads with a single workflow for requirements, testing and training during ERP delivery.

Consultants capture test steps automatically from the system during pre-testing and use them in place of written test scripts. The same validated flows can then be repurposed into formatted, shareable user guides and job aids. Requirements can be anchored to the system to make sign-off clearer and to reduce contested change requests. Open items and notes can optionally be managed in the tool as well.

WorkStreamer is hosted on OCI and AWS and supports real-time collaboration with clients and colleagues. Project data remains available to the consulting company after each engagement. Although it targets Oracle Cloud, the site states it works with any browser-based enterprise application, including Workday and SAP.
