About ZocialComment
ZocialComment is a web tool for exporting comments from social media posts. A user pastes a post URL from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Facebook, Threads, Lemon8, X (Twitter) or a Google Maps place link, previews the comment count, and downloads the comments as CSV, Excel or JSON. No signup or API keys are needed, and exports include fields such as author, username, text, likes, replies, timestamp and language, in either a Clean mode (about 15 columns) or a Raw mode with every available field.
Beyond export, the service offers AI comment analysis covering sentiment, topics and purchase intent, TikTok profile and audience analysis, a free giveaway comment picker, and a Chrome extension for exporting directly from post pages. An MCP connection lets users export and analyze comments inside Claude and ChatGPT, on exports up to 100,000 comments.
The site says its paying customers are mainly giveaway hosts checking contest entries, along with creators, brands and agencies reporting on campaigns, and researchers collecting comments for sentiment analysis. Larger jobs and done-for-you services are quoted separately.
