Wispr Flow is a voice-to-text dictation app that turns speech into clean, formatted writing in any app where text can be typed. It removes filler words, catches mid-sentence corrections, adds punctuation and formats lists and paragraphs as the user speaks. It works in tools such as Gmail, Slack, Notion, code editors and AI tools like ChatGPT and Cursor without plugins, and syncs across Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android.
Flow supports more than 100 languages, learns names and jargon through a personal dictionary, offers spoken snippets for frequently typed text, and lets users set different writing styles per app. The same subscription includes Wispr Notetaker, an AI meeting assistant for Mac and Windows that records meetings on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack huddles or in person and produces speaker-labelled transcripts, topic summaries and next steps.
The company states SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and HIPAA compliance and says user data is never sold. Plans range from a free tier to team and enterprise options with SSO, SCIM, audit logs and admin controls, aimed at professionals, developers, sales teams and larger organizations.
