Userbrain is an unmoderated remote user testing tool. Real people use a website, app, or prototype on their own and think out loud while doing it, producing a screen-and-audio recording of each session. Tests can be set up in minutes from templates, or AI can generate the test tasks, and AI then highlights key patterns and insights in the results.
Testers can be recruited from a pool of more than 180,000 quality-assured participants, filtered by demographics and screening questions, or teams can share a test link with their own customers, colleagues, or other contacts. Supported targets include live websites, sites in development, password-protected pages, competitors' sites, prototypes with a public link (Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, Sketch, Balsamiq and others), and mobile apps on Android or iOS. Reports are generated automatically, and short clips of key moments can be shared.
The company states that more than 97% of tests are completed within 24 hours. It is aimed at UX designers, product managers, researchers, founders, and agencies.
