The PDF Maker is a no-code document automation tool that generates PDFs such as invoices, quotes, proposals, contracts and reports from data stored in other apps. Supported data sources include Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, Google Forms, monday.com, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM and LeadConnector, plus connections through Zapier, Make, n8n, webhooks, a REST API and a Claude Code plugin.
Setup follows four steps: choose a data source, build a template in a Google Docs interface or import an existing Google Docs or MS Word file, configure an automation trigger, and let documents generate into a chosen destination with a run history log. Templates use curly-bracket placeholders and support dynamic images, dynamic tables, line items, loops and conditions, along with date and currency formatting for most regions. After generation, documents can be saved to Google Drive, emailed, merged with existing PDFs or passed to webhooks.
