Simply is an AI-native applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM built for recruitment agencies. It keeps candidates, jobs, contacts and companies in one system and covers the process from first contact to signed contract, including permanent placement, contracting, temp staffing and corporate recruitment.
The platform includes a unified inbox that brings together Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other text messaging and stores conversations in the ATS. Phone calls, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and in-person meetings are transcribed and summarised, with AI extracting fields such as salary expectations or required skills. AI parsing turns CVs and vacancies into structured records, and search and match ranks candidates against jobs with an explanation for each match. A Chrome extension imports LinkedIn contacts, and Simply connects to online portals to pull in new vacancies. An agent called Simply Ask can search data, write emails, generate branded CVs and propose record updates for approval.
