Seedly CRM is a white-label CRM for agencies and operators that is sold as a one-time purchase. Buyers receive the full source code, deploy it on their own infrastructure, and can run unlimited client sub-accounts and seats without per-seat or monthly platform fees. It is positioned as an alternative to GoHighLevel.
The product bundles modules for contacts and segments, a unified inbox covering email, SMS, Facebook, Instagram, web chat and calls, a power dialer via Twilio or Telnyx, visual pipelines, a workflow builder with 80 nodes and 76 triggers, email and SMS campaigns, forms, calendars and booking, Stripe-powered invoicing, documents with e-signatures, reporting, tasks, review management, social media scheduling and QR codes. Agencies can package the CRM into their own tiers, sell them through a public checkout, and rebill calls, texts and AI at their own markup using their own provider accounts.
Setup is guided by Sprout, a built-in ten-step assistant, or can be handled with Claude Code. Branding is controlled through CSS variables, Google Fonts and custom client domains. It was built by an agency owner who runs his own agency on it.
