It brings quoting, invoicing, scheduling, job tracking, payments, lead capture and maps into a single app that runs on phone, tablet, browser and desktop with synced data.
Work moves through configurable "Flows": a business can start from a request or lead, a work order, or go straight to invoicing. Changes to a quote carry through to jobs and invoices, and revisions are tracked. Quotes are sent as PDFs with line items, deposits and digital signatures by email or text. Invoices can be paid online through Stripe, and payments by cash, check, Venmo, Zelle or PayPal can also be recorded. The app works offline and syncs on reconnect.
