Pidgy is an AI email assistant that connects to Outlook, Gmail and any IMAP mailbox. It reads every incoming email, sorts it into lanes such as waiting on you, waiting on others, action needed and blocking, and ranks messages by priority so the few that need attention surface first.

It drafts replies based on the user's sent folder or a chosen tone (Professional, Friendly, Direct), notices stalled threads and queues follow-up nudges, and turns action items into tasks, some of which can be delegated to teammates. Users can ask questions like whether a contract is signed, and each contact gets an automatically maintained page showing reply times, open work, threads and attachments. Tasks can be dropped into calendar blocks. A Chrome extension places Pidgy in the Gmail sidebar; Outlook and IMAP users get the same views in the Pidgy portal.

Pidgy targets busy professionals and offers industry-specific assistants for fields such as accounting, law, recruitment, property management and founders. It is EU-hosted, never moves, hides or deletes emails, and sends nothing without the user clicking send.
