Palette is a desktop app that lets teams work with AI agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Mistral Vibe and Palette's own agent on the files and folders they already share. Company knowledge stays in local or synced folders on Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or iCloud, so people and agents build on the same context and can switch agents without rebuilding their way of working.
Palette Desktop adds review before changes save and offers templates and a company-OS structure to start from. It is aimed at non-engineering teams as well as technical ones: founders preparing board updates, product teams shaping roadmaps and release notes, go-to-market teams drafting outreach, and operations teams building repeatable processes. The company is also building Palette OS, a wider system currently on a waitlist.
Palette is EU-hosted, with EU-only processing available, zero data retention across models and GDPR processes in place; ISO 27001 certification is underway. The Copenhagen-based company also offers paid context setup and team rollout sessions. Desktop is available on Mac, with Windows on a waitlist.
