Maylee is an AI-powered email client that combines multiple mailboxes (Gmail, Outlook and any IMAP account) into a single inbox. On connection it reads recent emails and proposes labels drawn from 111 categories, creating only those the user approves. Users can also describe a custom label in one sentence, and Maylee applies it to new and past emails.
For replies, Magic Reply drafts answers based on how the user previously replied to similar emails, Auto-Draft prepares drafts as messages arrive, and Auto-Reply sends responses above a set confidence threshold with a delay for cancelling. Each draft shows a confidence score and its reasoning. A writing assistant handles prompt-based writing, proofreading, translation and voice dictation. Other features include a Waiting for reply view, daily reminders, label-based notifications, auto-forwarding, signed webhooks to Zapier, Make or n8n, and an API and MCP for programmatic control.
Maylee runs on the web, iPhone and Android, with a Mac app announced as coming soon. AI usage is included in the price with no API key needed, and the company states emails are never used to train models.
