New reps can rehearse cold calls and email outreach against AI buyer personas built from the team's own playbook, with scores on clarity, empathy, engagement, relevance and professionalism. During real calls, a desktop app follows the conversation and offers one line at a time, such as an objection response or a discovery question, without a bot joining the call. When the call ends, it drafts meeting notes, a follow-up email and CRM updates for review, and flags coaching moments for managers.
A dashboard covers deals, team, customers and revenue. Knowzilla integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Notion, Zapier, Make, n8n, Claude and ChatGPT.
