Kardow

Kardow is job board software aimed at publishers and newsletters that want to add a job board for their readers and charge advertisers to post on it. Boards can run under the owner's own brand and domain, and a job backfiller imports listings from careers pages and job feeds on a schedule, filtered to the board's niche, so the board has jobs from day one.

Owners can sell single posts, bundles of credits, employer subscriptions, job seeker access and candidate access, with payments made through their own Stripe account, by invoice or via their own payment link. Kardow takes 0% of board revenue. For search visibility, boards include Google for Jobs markup, a sitemap and a page for every location and category. An AI editor lets owners describe design or content changes, preview them and publish when ready.

Other features include analytics on visitors, sources and apply clicks per job, email job alerts, and employer and candidate accounts with applications and resumes. Board types and templates cover niches such as NGOs, early careers, academia, nonprofits and freelance work, and an Enterprise option serves media groups and associations running several boards.
