Interviews Chat is an AI interview assistant with two main parts: a live Interview Copilot and an Interview Prep workspace. During a virtual, phone or online-assessment interview, the Copilot transcribes the conversation in real time and suggests answers in several formats, including detailed responses, bullet points, short answers, STAR-method answers and follow-up questions to ask the interviewer.
