GreenPT

Frida is an AI assistant builder from GreenPT that answers customer and team questions automatically using an organisation's own documentation, tone and knowledge. Users upload FAQs, documents and product information, or let Frida crawl their website, then define how the agent should respond. Knowledge can be organised into dedicated paths for products, policies or procedures, with images, videos and downloadable files.

The assistant can be embedded on a website through a brandable chat widget, added to Slack or Teams for internal help, or connected via API. Integrations include Shopify, WooCommerce, Notion, Google Drive and OneDrive, and the widget supports English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish and more languages.

Frida runs on GreenPT's EU-hosted infrastructure powered by renewable energy. It routes each conversation to the most efficient capable model and applies prompt caching, batched inference and response compression. A sustainability dashboard shows the energy consumption and carbon footprint of interactions. It suits organisations that want to automate repetitive support questions while keeping data private and in Europe.
