About Everest
Everest is an AI scheduling assistant and unified calendar for people who run several calendars at once. Users connect Google and Outlook calendars, then CC Everest's assistant email on any email thread. Everest proposes times based on availability across all connected calendars, handles the back-and-forth with the contact, sends the invite on the chosen calendar, reschedules when plans change and follows up when a contact goes quiet. Requests can also be made through a chat interface.
The unified calendar shows personal, work and client calendars in one view with Day, Week, Month, Year and Schedule layouts. A meeting booked on one calendar is mirrored as a private "Busy" block on the others, without titles or details. Everest also remembers contacts' names, emails and time zones per workspace.
Everest connects only to calendars, not the inbox, and acts only on threads it is CC'd into. It is aimed at independent consultants, freelancers and agency owners juggling concurrent clients, as well as anyone separating work and personal schedules.
