Easy Month End is a web platform for finance teams to manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end close tasks. Teams track and tick off checklist items, handle daily, ad-hoc or project-based finance tasks, and perform balance sheet reconciliations without manual confirmations. The product is now part of Mayday.
Every action in the platform is tracked, and auditors can be invited with their own profile. Tasks are time-stamped when signed off as prepared and reviewed, which the company positions as stronger audit evidence than manual checklists. Managers can see team progress, assign tasks to individuals, and use notifications, reminders and customisable work days and holidays.
The tool is aimed at finance teams of different sizes, from individuals and small teams managing a single entity to larger groups with many entities. New customers can email an existing Excel checklist and the team will import it, as a CSV upload function is still in development. A one-off Month End Process Rescue consultation is also offered.
