About Dropclips.io
Dropclips is an online batch video editor with a highlight extractor. Users upload a folder of clips, choose settings once in a reusable pipeline, and download the finished clips together. The pipeline draws on 16 editing tools, including combine, crop, blur, rotate, speed, intro and outro, reframe to vertical, square or feed formats, logo placement, burned-in or SRT captions, trim, format conversion to MP4, WebM, MOV or GIF, loudness normalisation, thumbnails, quality settings and ZIP delivery with optional email notice.
The Highlight extractor starts from a long recording of up to three hours. It transcribes the speech, suggests promising moments, and lets users adjust start and end points before cutting clips and sending them through a pipeline. The site notes it suits talk more than action and that its suggestions are a starting point rather than a finished edit.
Pricing is usage-based with no subscription, and a full quote is shown before each run as the maximum charge. Accepted inputs are MP4, MOV, WebM and audio, up to 6 GB and 180 minutes per clip. It suits podcasters, marketers and teams that repurpose recordings into branded social clips.
