About dochost
dochost is a hosting service that turns a single HTML or Markdown file into a shareable web page at its own dochost.co link. Users paste content or upload a .html or .md file; HTML is served exactly as written, including inline CSS and JavaScript, while Markdown is rendered to HTML with GitHub-flavored styling and a live preview while typing. Pages can be private (link-only) or public on the Explore feed, and uploads are automatically screened for malicious content.
The service is aimed at sharing output from AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini without setting up a repo, domain or deploy pipeline. Publishing works from the website without an account, through a Telegram bot, a Chrome extension that adds a Publish button inside ChatGPT and Claude, a public API that needs no key, and a hosted MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients.
Free links expire after 7 days (3 if private). Paid plans add permanent links, custom slugs, password protection, analytics, branding removal, custom subdomains and up to two custom domains.

dochost FAQ
- Do I need an account to use dochost?
- No. Free HTML and Markdown hosting requires no signup; an account is only needed for permanent links, custom domains, analytics or a dashboard.
- How long do free pages stay live?
- Free public pages last 7 days and private link-only pages last 3 days. Paid plans make links permanent.
