It converts candidate resumes supplied as PDF, Word, image scans or LinkedIn URLs into an agency's own branded template, standardising dates, headings and job titles along the way. The company builds each agency's templates from its existing designs rather than offering a generic library.
The workflow has three steps: upload files to a dashboard, review the AI-extracted data side by side with the original and edit it online, then export to PDF or DOCX or share through a secure weblink. An AI enhancement suite covers summarising, proofreading, rewriting and translation into more than 30 languages.
