Cone

Cone is proposal software that combines branded web proposals, quotes, contracts, billing and payments in one platform. Users build proposals in an editor where sections such as About us or Testimonials can be moved, edited or removed, and can add pricing tables, multiple pricing packages (for example Bronze, Silver and Gold), videos, PDFs and images. Contracts and engagement letters can be customized or brought in from existing templates, and e-signatures support multiple signers.

The workflow runs from sending a proposal and tracking buyer engagement to the client adding payment information and signing. Cone then raises invoices automatically, monthly if the service is recurring, can charge the payment method on file, and syncs invoices and contacts to accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks Online and Zoho. Payments support direct debit and cards, with optional surcharge fees in the US, Canada and Australia. A sales pipeline and one-click renewals are also included.

Cone is aimed at professional service businesses, with a particular focus on accounting and bookkeeping firms, and also lists legal firms, agencies, freelancers, IT services and architecture among its customers. A separate Practice product adds practice management for accounting firms.
