CC Switch
CC Switch
An open-source desktop manager for AI coding tools, unifying providers, local routing, usage tracking, MCP, skills, prompts, and sessions.
About CC Switch
CC Switch is an open-source desktop app for developers who work with multiple AI coding tools. It centralizes provider configuration for Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Codex, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, OpenClaw and Hermes Agent, so providers can be switched without repeatedly editing shell profiles or project settings.
Users add providers such as Claude, OpenAI-compatible gateways or OpenRouter, then enable a local routing service that gives supported tools one controlled endpoint. The router can translate request formats, select the active provider, and apply failover using circuit breakers, health checks and failover queues when a primary provider fails. A local dashboard shows requests, tokens, cache hits, cost, subscription quota and routing logs, with date filters and custom model pricing.
The app also manages MCP servers, Skills, Prompts, Hermes Memory and cross-app session recovery. Provider settings and API keys are kept in a local SQLite database. CC Switch is MIT licensed, runs on Windows, macOS and Linux, and is developed on GitHub. It is not an official Claude product and does not replace Claude Code.
