Each booking can be given a Zoom meeting, a Google Meet link, a phone number, an address or a custom link. CalendHub sends confirmation and cancellation emails, supports working hours, includes a services and products catalog, and is available in 7 languages. A busy blocker can block time between connected calendars in both directions. Setup involves creating a free account, connecting Google Calendar or Outlook, and sharing a booking link.
The service is aimed at individuals who manage several calendars and take bookings. Each account is for one person, and team plans are not yet offered. The Pro plan adds unlimited connected accounts and booking links and removes CalendHub branding from the booking page.
